ITikva Podcast Launches a New Hebrew Season
At LET ME, we believe in meaningful conversations that connect technology, people, and culture. That’s why we are excited to share that ITikva, the podcast co-hosted by Boris Shapiro (our CEO) and Mayya Lipkin-Goldberg (an innovation manager in a large and well-known international corp.), is starting a new season in Hebrew under the title.
“ITikva—On ‘Russians’ in Hi-Tech & more…” 🎙️
For the past seasons, ITikva has been produced in Russian, reaching audiences across Israel and abroad. With the new edition, we are opening the conversation to a wider Hebrew-speaking community—founders, product managers, R&D leaders, innovators, and anyone passionate about Israeli technology and its people.
🎧 First Episode: Tech, Inclusion, and Personal Journeys
The season opens with a moving and inspiring conversation with Yevgeny Finkel, a senior manager at Tigo Energy, leading a team of around 50 developers.
Beyond his professional achievements in high-tech, Yevgeny shares a deeply personal story: the birth of his daughter Lucy, who has Down Syndrome. This life event sparked his entrepreneurial journey in educational technology—from developing an innovative application to shaping a vision for inclusive education supported by technology.
This episode touches on many layers:
Careers and leadership in Israeli high-tech
Innovation and entrepreneurship
Parenthood and personal growth
Education, inclusion, and the future of learning
The unique place of Russian-speaking professionals in Israel’s tech ecosystem

💡 Why Hebrew, Why Now?
The decision to launch on September 1st was no coincidence. Just as the school year begins across Israel, ITikva begins its new season in Hebrew—symbolizing fresh starts, new learning, and building inclusive conversations.
We invite you to join us in this new chapter: to listen, to reflect, and to share. ITikva is not only about technology; it’s about people, challenges, and the future we are building together.
