Exploring the Future of Human-Robot Interaction at the HRI Consortium Event
Today, we had the privilege of attending the Human-Robot Interaction (HRI) Consortium event, orchestrated by the Israel Innovation Authority. The event showcased remarkable advancements in human-robot collaboration, with LifeWard’s presentation on their ReWalk 7 exoskeleton standing out as a highlight. This innovative device, which recently received FDA clearance, is designed to assist individuals with spinal cord injuries in standing and walking, including navigating stairs and curbs.
A special thank you to David Hexner for the invitation and to the Israel Innovation Authority for their dedication to fostering innovation in Israel.
The event also provided a platform to engage with fellow professionals and companies dedicated to advancing HRI technologies. The collaborative atmosphere underscored the collective effort driving this field forward.
As we reflect on the insights gained and connections made, we’re excited about the future of human-robot interaction and the potential collaborations that lie ahead.
